Finding a house to buy the way the market is right now was one of the most frustrating things we have ever done, but Ann made it much easier and enjoyable than it had any right to be. She knows a lot about the larger Charleston area and the various neighborhoods, she is well connected and got us in early to see many places, and (probably most importantly) she had our best interests in mind and did not rush us or encourage us to buy something that we would have been unhappy with, even when we were all getting tired of the search.
